The FY 2013 Budget & Finance Workshop will be held in the Early Childhood Education conference room, for the Yap State Legislature, the Yap State Court, and all the departments, offices and agencies.
The workshop will focus on the development of budget requests for FY 2013, as well as several new procedures for financial and management accounting of budgeted operations and activities. Budget forms and templates will be issued at the workshop, including the guidelines and requirements for preparing budget requests. A revised quarterly reporting format and template will also be issued at the workshop for use in reporting budgeted activities for the 1st quarter of FY 2012.
The first day — Nov. 21 — will cover, the Departments of Education, Health Services, Public Works & Transportation, Youth & Civic Affairs, the Offices of the Attorney General, Planning & Budget, and the Yap State Legislature.
The second day covers the rest of the agencies.
