Lt. Aloysius Alonz said the incident was reported to the police at 2:30 p.m.
Each bucket weighed 100 lbs.The incident was forwarded to the Criminal Investigation Section which later recovered one bucket from a residence in Airai.Alonz said they already have leads about the suspect and a warrant of arrest will soon be issued.The incident could be an “inside job,” he added.
