On June 9, 2023, Lt. Gov. David M. Apatang, joined by Commonwealth Healthcare Corporation Acting Chief Executive Officer Tiffany Crisostomo, CHCC Chief Nursing Officer Renea Raho, CNMI Nurses Association President Miles Guerrero, CHCC Chief Financial Officer Perlie Santos, and the staff of CHCC, proclaimed the week of June 11-17, 2023 as CNMI Nurses Week with this year’s theme, “You Make a Difference.” This year, as the CNMI Nurses Association celebrates the 36th year of CNMI Nurses Week, Lt. Governor Apatang urges the Commonwealth to honor the islands’ nurses by celebrating their accomplishments and efforts to improve our healthcare system and also encourages all our residents “to show our appreciation for the nation’s nurses not just during this week, but at every opportunity throughout the year.”
