Lighting for basketball players has been restored at the Commissioner Joaquin S. Tudela Community Park for residents of San Vicente and the neighboring areas. This project is a collaboration between the CNMI Office of the Governor, the Office of Grants Management, House Minority Leader Angel Demapan, Precinct 1 Minority Reps. Leepan Guerrero, Roy Ada, and Joseph Flores.
