Victor Linan, fourth left, an employee of Tinian Elementary School for 32 years, is the CNMI-wide winner of the 2025 Public School System Pupil Transportation (Bus Driver) Staff of the Year Award, which he received from Commissioner of Education Dr. Lawrence F. Camacho, third, left, in the school cafeteria. Linan started as a school custodian, and then became a maintenance staff member before spending most of his 32 years with PSS as a bus driver. He is the first state-level winner from Tinian Elementary School.
