Gisel Achas
GISEL Achas has been an invaluable member of McDonald’s family since June 26, 2001. With dedication and a passion for excellence, Gisel has steadily progressed through various roles within the company, from crew person to area manager on July 1, 2007 to department manager on Nov. 23, 2015.
When asked about her experience, Gisel emphasizes the invaluable training opportunities provided by McDonald’s, particularly in customer service. According to Gisel, these experiences have not only honed her professional skills but also fostered meaningful connections with customers and coworkers from diverse backgrounds. As part of her development, in Aug. 2023, Gisel attended Hamburger University in Chicago, Illinois, where she gained valuable insights into leadership behavior, teamwork, and empowerment.
On July 16, 2024, Gisel Achas will be promoted to general manager of Middle Road McDonald’s. With over a decade of managerial experience across various departments, Gisel is well-prepared to assume this leadership role. She eagerly anticipates leveraging her skills to oversee the restaurant operations, ensuring continued success and fostering growth for her team and the organization. Gisel looks forward to embarking on this new chapter in her professional journey and is excited about the opportunity to make a significant impact in her expanded role.
