500 Sails proa Aunty Oba sits on the beach at Crowne Plaza Resort, waiting to raise her sail and “fly” through the Saipan Lagoon. For the entire month of January, free canoe rides are available Tuesday and Thursday from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
