On Friday, Northern Marianas College held a ribbon-cutting ceremony for its newest building, the Proa Union. Government and private sector leaders, joined by community members, attended the ceremony and toured the facility. The $30 million building is primarily funded by the U.S. Department of Education through FEMA, with additional support from the Department of the Interior’s Office of Insular Affairs.
