Saipan, MP – Vista Homes is pleased to announce its upcoming Community Vehicle Raffle Program, a future resident-engagement initiative designed to celebrate strong tenancy and community success once the property is fully occupied. Although leasing has recently initiated, Vista Homes is excited to share a preview of the program with the public.
To give the community a first look, Vista Homes will be displaying the raffle vehicle — a Toyota Camry HEV XSE — at the Townhouse Shopping Center. Residents, families, and visitors are welcome to stop by, view the vehicle, and learn more about the Vista Homes community.
“Our goal is to build a positive and stable community environment for future residents,” the Vista Homes management team shared. “The Community Vehicle Raffle is one way we plan to celebrate households who demonstrate strong and successful residency once the property is occupied.”
About the Community Raffle Program
The raffle will take place after the initial lease-up period, and only future residents who meet all post-occupancy performance criteria will qualify. Eligibility will be based on factors such as:
● Approximately 12 months of continuous successful residency
● Positive rent payment history
● Adherence to all lease and community rules
Details will be communicated directly to eligible households once residents have moved in and meet the qualifications.
Important Compliance Note
Vista Homes is a Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) community and follows all federal and Fair Housing regulations.
To ensure compliance:
● The raffle is not an inducement to rent
● It does not affect tenant selection, rent amounts, or the application screening process
● The Program applies only after residency begins and eligibility is met
● All applicants will be screened solely according to LIHTC, Fair Housing, and Vista Homes tenant-selection policies
