NICOLE Marie Hebron Deleon Guerrero, a dedicated Chamorro woman from Saipan, has been awarded the EUCON Indigenous Scholarship for the MBA program in EUCON International University, marking her as the third Indigenous recipient of this prestigious award. This recognition highlights her commitment to advancing her education and giving back to her community through leadership and service.

Holding an Associate of Arts in Business Fundamentals and pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice Administration from the University of Phoenix, Nicole has led impactful community initiatives. These include founding a local lawn care business and co-establishing a nonprofit focused on addiction recovery, all while preserving cultural heritage and empowering others.

EUCON’s scholarship program continues to support CNMI’s Indigenous students, offering 50 full scholarships for undergraduate and graduate programs, alongside 10 full MBA scholarships for promising professionals like Nicole. Additionally, EUCON provides 80 full scholarships for elementary, junior high, and high school students from the CNMI, with programs set to begin in August 2025. These initiatives reflect EUCON’s dedication to fostering local talent.

Through substantial investment plans, a robust economic foundation, and diverse economic development, EUCON is committed to shaping CNMI’s future by training the next generation of leaders. This support not only enhances educational opportunities but also strengthens the community’s growth and prosperity.

Scholarship program overview

Fifty full scholarship undergraduate programs are specifically reserved for indigenous CNMI students, such as Chamorro and Carolinian.

Ten full MBA scholarships are designed for promising working professionals or bachelor’s degree graduates in the CNMI, helping them advance into leadership roles in management and entrepreneurship.

Undergraduate programs: Sept. 2, 2025

MBA program: July 14, 2025

Eighty full scholarships (35 elementary students, 15 junior high school students, and 30 high school students) specifically reserved for indigenous CNMI students, such as Chamorro and Carolinian.

• Open House: Aug. 8, at 6 p.m.
