(Special Advertising Feature) — On the radiant afternoon of June 28, 2025, the LaoLao Bay Golf Driving Range echoed with laughter, fellowship, and unity as EUCON University hosted its Summer Golf Family Fun Day, marking the triumphant launch of its Professional Golf Management or PGM Program. This joyful event, blessed by God’s grace, brought together faculty, staff, their families, and members of the Christian Bible Church community, showcasing the power of golf as a tool to lead others to Christ and disciple them in faith.
A day of joy, learning, and community
The event unfolded flawlessly, thanks to the meticulous planning and generous sponsorship of Coach Daniel Xu, a PGA Professional and Director of EUCON’s PGM Program. From the moment participants arrived, the atmosphere buzzed with excitement. Seamless transportation ensured everyone reached the venue comfortably, setting the stage for an unforgettable experience. Families gathered under clear skies, sharing snacks, drinks, and gifts, fostering a warm sense of community and fellowship.
The thoughtfully designed schedule balanced learning, fun, and spiritual reflection. EUCON President Dr. Christian Wei opened with heartfelt remarks, setting a tone of gratitude and purpose. Coach Daniel Xu, alongside Assistant Coaches Fengtai Tian and Kevin, led an engaging Activity & Safety Orientation, preparing participants for an immersive golf experience.
The Group Lesson on Swing Basics captivated attendees of all ages, with Coach Daniel’s passion and expertise inspiring both beginners and seasoned players. A lively break filled with shared laughter and snacks led into Putting Practice, where participants honed their skills under his patient guidance. The event culminated in a spirited Putting Contest, featuring a Kids’ Solo Putting Competition and a Parent-Child Relay Putting Challenge, with families cheering each other on, celebrating every small victory, and strengthening bonds.

By covering all coaching and facility fees, he ensured every participant could fully engage without burden.
