Apatang, and CNMI education officials, who include Northern Marianas College President Galvin Deleon Guerrero, EdD, NMC Vice President for Institutional Advancement Frankie Eliptico, Public School System Interim Commissioner of Education Donna M. Flores, CNMI Board of Education Vice Chairman Herman Atalig, and Northern Marianas Technical Institute Chief Executive Officer Jodina Attao. They discussed, among other things, the U.S. Department of Education-projects and initiatives in the CNMI.
