Green Meadow School students shine in state competitions, advance to nationals

(GMS) — Green Meadow School proudly congratulates four outstanding students for their exceptional achievements in state-level competitions, earning them the honor of representing the CNMI on the national stage.

On Feb. 15, Goldie Elle J. Ferrera (7th Grade) and Angelee SG Agdoro (6th Grade A) delivered outstanding performances in the Junior International Thespian Society competition, securing their place at the JITS National Festival in Indianapolis, Indiana, this June. Goldie excelled in the Monologue category under the guidance of Ms. Joy Marybeth, while Angelee impressed in the Solo Musical category, coached by Ms. Evelyn Cruz.

On Feb. 22, Rayne Angela R. Roquelara (6th B) and Jamie Andrea A. Palabay (7th Grade) showcased their skills in the National Junior Speech and Debate Association competition, earning them a spot at the NJSDA National Tournament in Des Moines, Iowa, this June. Rayne triumphed in Prose with the support of Ms. Queen Molinyawe, while Jamie excelled in Dramatic Interpretation under the guidance  Ms. Joy Marybeth Regacho.

A special thanks goes to Ms. Lorein Angelique Soriano, the overall coach, for her dedication and guidance in preparing these students for success. Their achievements reflect their hard work, talent, and perseverance, as well as the unwavering support of their coaches, teachers, families, and the school community.

Green Meadow School commends these students for their commitment to excellence. As they prepare to compete on the national stage, they carry the pride of the CNMI with them.
