Led by General Manager Simon Graf, the team at Hyatt Regency Saipan warmly welcomed the students, offering them firsthand exposure to the operations of a leading hospitality establishment. Graf emphasized the importance of real-world experiences in preparing students for the workforce, stating, “Exposing students to real-world hospitality environments is essential in preparing them for future career opportunities.”
During the visit, students had the opportunity to know more about various hotel departments, including engineering, housekeeping, human resources, culinary, food & beverage, and front office.
