On Oct. 30, the Manta Ray Battalion helped from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m., and on Oct. 31, from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The cadets wore costumes and gave out candy to children who came by appointment.

The other cadets were in the “haunted house” to scare people who would dare to walk in.
There were also cadets at the library entrance to keep everything organized and make sure everyone was safe and maintaining their distance.
The cadets helped ensure that Joeten-Kiyu Public Library’s Halloween event was a success.
