Daniel “Danny” O. Quitugua, left standing, the newest member of the Board of Education representing Rota, was formally introduced to the staff and personnel of Sinapalo Elementary School and Dr. Rita Hocog Inos Junior Senior High School on Tuesday by Commissioner of Education Dr. Lawrence F. Camacho, right standing. Quitugua ran unopposed and won a special election to succeed retired Army Sgt. Maj. Herman Manglona Atalig, who resigned in June to focus on his health.
