No mail-in ballots: 2025 Philippine overseas voting to be online

THE Philippine Consulate General in Guam wishes to remind registered overseas Filipino voters in Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, the Federated States of Micronesia, and the Marshall Islands, that the 2025 Philippine election will implement internet-based voting for Filipinos abroad.

No physical election ballots will be mailed by the consulate to overseas Filipino voters.

Important dates:

• May 7, 2025 – Last Day of Pre-Enrollment

• May 12, 2025 – (7 p.m. Philippine Time, 9 p.m. Guam Time) – Last Day of Online Overseas Voting.

Registered overseas Filipino voters must pre-enroll first before they can vote online.

“In the CNMI, the United Filipino Organization is planning to conduct pre-enrollment and voting assistance for all our kababayan that need assistance. We are just finalizing the date and venue,” UFO President Carlito J. Marquez said.
