(Marpac) — Justin Peredo and Roderick Zandueta of Marianas Pacific Distributors Inc., received top honors for their service in 2024.
Zandueta earned Salesperson of the Year, a.k.a. “The Top Gun” award, which recognizes the sales representative who exceeds sales goals, builds customer relationships, and understands the customer’s business.
“Roderick did a tremendous job for us considering our current economic conditions. He is a true professional who understands what it takes to be a top-quality salesman,” said Marpac Resident Manager Guy Pudney. For his efforts, Zandueta received a cash prize and plaque, his name inscribed on the Salesperson of the Year perpetual trophy and, above all, bragging rights for the year.
Employee of the Year honors were bestowed upon Peredo in recognition of his efforts and contributions in propelling the company’s vision.
“Justin is a very dedicated and committed employee. It’s a true asset having him on our team. Hats off to him and our other nominees, Jeffrey Castro, Candylen Camu, Eugene Rabago and Jeffrey Cabusora,” Pudney said.
Peredo also collected a cash prize and plaque, a space on the Employee of the Year perpetual trophy, and a highly coveted reserved parking spot.
Th awards were presented at the annual employee New Year’s celebration which took place on Jan. 14 at Minatchom Atdao.
