
(PSS-EIP) — Pursuant to Part C of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act 2004, & GEPA, the Public School System’s Early Intervention Program is required to provide at least 60 days prior to submission of grant applications for funds, a 60-day circulation notice with an opportunity for public comment on the application for at least 30 days during that period and provide an opportunity for the general public, including individuals with disabilities and parents of infants, toddlers and youth with disabilities, to provide comments.

Hard copies of the grant applications are available from Monday to Friday, 8 a.m.-4 p.m. at the Early Intervention Program Office in Garapan with telephone no. (670) 664-4841.
Comments may be submitted by fax to (670) 664-4846, hand delivered to the Early Intervention Program Office in Garapan or phoned in by calling (670) 664-4841.
