(SCC) — Don’t miss out on the Saipan Chamber of Commerce’s 3rd Quarter Professional Development Training on “Strategic Leadership & Effective Management,” taking place on Friday, Aug. 30, 2024, at V-217 on the NMC Campus. The training will be offered in two sessions: the first session will begin at 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and the second will start from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
The training will be led by Galvin Deleon Guerrero, EdD., president of Northern Marianas College. The following are key points of the training session:
1) Actionable insights for effective team management
2) Practical strategies for:
a) Effective communication
b) Conflict resolution
c) Strategic leadership
3) Enhancement of managerial skills
4) Immediate impact on professional roles
As a friendly reminder, the training fees are as follows: chamber member $50 and future chamber member is $60. Participants are asked to bring their own computer or mobile device to enhance the training experience. We hope to see you there!
