Capt. Carl O. Schuster, USN (Ret.) is the featured forum speaker. He is a professor of diplomacy and military science at Hawaii Pacific University, a defense consultant and former director of operations at the U.S. Pacific Command’s Joint Intelligence Center in Hawaii.
