In a letter to Health Minister Stevenson Kuartei , Isechal said that there is a lack of full time medical professional in Peleliu State .
He said funding from the United States federal government is enough to cover the hiring of a nurse or a doctor on a full time basis. He also said he is concerned about the use of the facilities by non-Palauan governmental agencies, especially agencies under the Ministry of Health.He said that the Filipino Survivor being filmed in Peleliu had hired its own nurse who is not an employee of the ministry and said he was surprised that they had access to the clinic.He also cited that when the Air Force Civic Action Team medical staff went to Peleliu for a weekly visit they had to move louvers to get in. “Minister Kuartei, I am bringing these two issues to your atten
