The American Red Cross is the NMI’s largest charity organization that has been at the forefront of all disasters big and small for many years. Their efforts and continuity in providing aid in forms of shelter, food, safety and health are recognized annually at one of the islands biggest events of the year —the Club 200. This yearly headliner event brings the community together to not only celebrate the many accomplishments and sacrifices the American Red Cross has made, but to bring awareness as to why the American Red Cross is important, while fundraising to continue its missions.
Over the years, and through most recent biggest disaster Typhoon Yutu, the American Red Cross was immediately activated. They selflessly devoted their time to ensure that the dire needs of the community (e.g. comfort, safety and health) were addressed as quickly as possible. Docomo Pacific is fortunate to return as a Club 200 corporate sponsor once again. The 32nd Club 200 event will be held virtually on Dec. 19 from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m.
