(DPL) — The Department of Public Land is temporarily suspending the acceptance and/or processing of applications for agricultural and grazing permits or AGP for subsistence purposes on public land, effective February 10, 2023. This moratorium affects only those applying for AGPs on Saipan.
Beach concession and agriculture and grazing permits are temporary and are renewed annually provided that the permittee is in full compliance with the terms and conditions of the permit, DPL regulations and other regulatory agencies.
