Patrol Division Chief Ismael Aguon said that it is illegal to stop in the middle of the road to let the vehicles from the intersection enter the highway.
Aguon said vehicles traveling at the main highway have the right of way and vehicles from the intersection should wait and must enter only when the road is already clear.Aguon also reminds the public that it is illegal to park or stands near the driveway, fire hydrants and roadway.He said the Patrol Division is stepping up traffic enforcement to minimize traffic flows in Palau.
