(DPS) — The Department of Public Safety invites Garapan residents and business owners to a townhall meeting on Aug. 18, 2023, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the American Memorial Park amphitheater. The meeting will focus on the reactivated DPS bike patrol, its short-term and long-term goals, and a question-and-answer session concerning the Garapan tourist district.
