BPS Patrol Division Chief Ismael Aguon in an interview said that the standard headlights and taillights for vehicles allowed by the law are those installed or assembled from a factory.Aguon said any taillights or headlights that was placed after it came from the factory are not authorized under the Palau law.Aguon added that tinted windows and mufflers installed outside and not factory assembled are also potential violations.Aguon said violators will be cited and will be fined.Aguon added that the vehicle that will be cited for violation may not be registered or registration will be cancelled.The police cars are using a blue taillights while emergency vehicle use red lights.
