On Monday morning, May 17, 2021, Gov. Ralph DLG Torres and Lt. Gov. Arnold I. Palacios signed a proclamation designating May 16-22 as Emergency Medical Services Week and May 19 as Emergency Medical Services for Children Day. In the afternoon, the Department of Fire and Emergency Medical Services held a road-side waving on Beach Road in Oleai.
