Ex-con charged for marijuana trafficking

Skang Moded appeared in court on June 16 and entered a plea of not guilty to two counts of possession of a controlled substance and one count of trafficking of a controlled substance.Moded was charged for trafficking and possession of 24 joints of marijuana on January 15, 2008.Moded posted a bond of $250 and was released from custody.Moded was arrested on January 15 after police officers saw him smoking with a marijuana while sitting in front of his house.The police officers were conducting surveilance in the area at that time when they spotted the defendant.The affidavit stated that defendant admitted he also sell marijuana. He started selling it in February of 2007 after his release from jail.The affidavit stated that defendant admitted of selling marijuana on three occasions and bought it for $3 and sold it at $5 each.In related news, Anthony Iskawa was also charged with trafficking and possession of a controlled substance.Iskawa was arrested in February 13 for trafficking two joints of marijuana and possession on January 25.Iskawa also appeared on June 16 and entered a plea of not guilty to the charges.He posted $250 bond and was released from custody.
