Based in Manila, Mozota is cross-accredited to the FSM when he presented his credentials to Mori in April 2009. He has already visited all the four states in the federation.
Mori welcomed Mozota back to FSM and thanked him for his visit.
He expressed his appreciation for the France’s assistance on renewal energy and environmental projects.
He also conveyed his desire of seeing more tourists from Europe and France to the FSM.
