Sieber is the third ambassador of Switzerland to be accredited to the FSM since establishment of relations between the two countries in April 2003. He is cross-accredited from Manila, the Philippines.
Sieber expressed deepest gratitude and appreciation for the opportunity to present his credentials and confirmed that the Swiss Confederation attaches special priority to its relationship with the FSM.
