Girl Scout Cookies on their way

HAGÅTÑA (The Guam Daily Post) — The Guam Girl Scouts are preparing to distribute Girl Scout Cookies soon.

Preorders, totaling 30,000 packages, will be distributed once cookies have been delivered to the scout troops, the Guam Girl Scouts announced recently in a press release.

“Cost-U-Less will be receiving and helping to distribute cookies to our troops. With two containers and over 64,000 packages of cookies, we are so grateful for their assistance. Additionally, we are looking forward to partnering with Cost-U-Less, Pay-Less supermarkets, and Guam Premier Outlets to host our cookie booths,” Guam Girl Scouts Executive Director Samantha Owen said in the release.

Times and locations will be released at a later time. Cookie distribution booths are expected to run for three continuous weekends starting Feb. 9.

For those who don’t know a Girl Scout, a digital cookie webpage recently launched to order and pick up cookies from the Girl Scout office at 238 N. Marine Corps Drive, Tamuning.

Samples of the cookies the Girl Scouts will be selling are seen Sunday, Nov. 12, 2023, at the Bayview Church in Mongmong-Toto-Maite.
