House candidate Barcinas supports San Francisco De Borja Fiesta on Rota

ROTA Independent House candidate Edward Castro Barcinas joins other members of the local community and businesses that support this year’s San Francisco De Borja Parish Church fiesta on Rota.

Barcinas, a military veteran and a retired police officer, helped mobilize resources for the celebration set for Saturday, Oct. 8.

The event will be highlighted by a Mass and  a procession, entertainment, food and  refreshments.

The Rota community is thankful to Barcinas, Marianas Blue Water owner Cecilio Raiukiulipiy and the other donors for their support, a Rota resident said.

“We truly appreciate their donation of time, energy and effort in helping the church,” the resident added.
