Udui Fretaz Floriano and Alins Sumang are scheduled to appear on September 14 at 1:30 pm for arraignment and bail hearing.
Floriano and Sumang were charged on August 19 for burglarizing the Imperial Bar on July 21.Floriano was charged with grand larceny, burglary, aiding and abetting malicious mischief while Sumang was charged with grand larceny, aiding and abetting burglary, receiving stolen property and aiding and abetting malicious mischief.The affidavit submitted in court stated that the burglary at the Imperial Bar was reported to the police on July 21.The court document stated that Floriano and Sumang were hanging out along with other friends Christopher Corona, Shane Rechebong and Antwone Chicco Iyar in front of HK Market when Floriano suggested that they burglarize a restaurant.Floriano and Sumang went to the said restaurant and tried to enter the building through the window but someone from inside screamed so the two of them run away and proceeded to Sumang’s residence.While hanging out at Sumang’s residence, Floriano suggested that they burglarize the Imperial Bar. Sumang and the other friends agreed and Sumang went and got a hammer and a rebar then they all went to Imperial Bar.Christopher Corona used the hammer to break the back window of Imperial Bar then entered the bar along with Floriano.The burglars then took beers, liquors, soda and cigarettes then went back to Sumang’s residence where they consumed all the liquors that they stole.The court document stated that the group took $1, 361 worth of hard liquor, $586 worth of beers, $33 worth of soda and $289 worth of cigarettes.
