The juvenile has been identified by police Patrol Division Chief Ismael Aguon said.
The incident was reported to the police on Sunday at 5:35 pm at the Ngardmau Elementary School.Police report indicated that a man called police and asked for an ambulance because someone was injured.Police responded to the scene and determined that the victim had already been transported to the hospital.Initial investigation disclosed that the 19-year-old victim was stabbed in both arms by the juvenile suspect.The victim was under the influence of alcohol when he got into argument with the victim.The suspect got a knife and attacked the victim in the arms.
