Patrol Division Acting Chief Michael Rafael said that the victim sustained laceration and cuts to his elbow when hit by a car.
The juvenile was transported to the hospital for treatment while the motorist was brought to the police station for investigation.The incident was reported to the police at 12 pm on Friday.The victim was crossing the crosswalk by the Didrang Matel Mobil gas station in Madelaii when hit by the vehicle.Meanwhile a man also sustained laceration in the right shoulder after he was attacked by three men on Friday night.Rafael said an assault and battery with a dangerous weapon incident was reported to the police at 10:08 pm on Friday.The victim was at the BM store in Topside when attacked by three unknown men.The suspects fled at once.The victim was brought to the hospital for treatment.
