Sgt. Michael Rafael said that an employee of the Koror State called police on May 29 and reported that a laptop was missing from the said office.
The employee reported that she discovered the laptop missing from the cabinet.Sgt. Rafael said the employee noticed it missing on May 21 but reported it only to the police on May 29.Sgt. Rafael said the public’s assistance is needed to get information on this incident.Rafael added that on May 30, a man walked in to the police station and reported that his fishing rods and tool box were stolen from his residence in Ngerbodel.The man reported that someone went to his residence and stole his things worth $260.A woman also walked in to the police station on May 29 and reported that someone went to her residence in Ngerkebesang and took four pieces of steel pipe.A man also walked in to the station and reported that someone went to his residence in Siokumins, Airai and stole assorted items worth $425.A vehicle was also taken from a residence in Ngerbeched on May 29 without the owner’s consent.The vehicle was later spotted in front of Neco Yamaha in Malakal.
