Life vests donated to Angaur

Gov. Horace Rafael said Angaur have received 25 life vests from PMC and that the mobile company agreed to donate several more in the future.Rafael said the currents going to Angaur are sometimes unpredictable. He said  life vests are necessary because of the proximity of the state and to ensure that safety measures are available to passengers traveling to Angaur.“The people of Angaur are thankful for the donation,” Rafael said.Taiwan Ambassador Matthew Lee facilitated Angaur State request for the life vests.He said that help can also be extended to the community and that Taiwan is not only improving its relationship with the government but is also ready to help the private sector and states.PMC’s Chief Executive Officer Luc Huang said that the company is happy that they had the chance to contribute to the state.He added that PMC will assist the community in any way they can.
