“We are currently tallying the receipts to find who the leading schools are,” said John Paul Flores, the contest coordinator. The school with the most recycled materials collected will be declared the winner.
The participants are Saipan International High School, San Antonio Elementary School, Tanapag Elementary School, Garapan Elementary School, Kagman Elementary School, Gregorio T. Camacho Elementary School, Koblerville Elementary School, Grace Christian Academy, Saipan Community School, Seventh-Day Adventist School, Chacha Oceanview Junior High School, San Vicente Elementary School and William S. Reyes Elementary School.
Recycled materials include aluminum cans, plastics, paper, including newspapers and magazines.
