P.L. 13-4 gives the mayor of Saipan, Juan B. Tudela, expenditure authority.
Authored by Rep. Andrew S. Salas, R-Saipan, H.B. 13-67 was passed by the House of Representatives last March.
The Senate passed the bill on April 9 with an amendment. On April 10, the House accepted the Senate amendment and sent the bill to the Office of the Governor.
