George Chomoki, 43, was charged with two counts of criminal mischief, while Isai F. Roby, 25, was charged with criminal mischief, and disturbing the peace.
On Sept. 18, 2010, Chomoki used a slingshot and a spark plug to scratch and crack the front windshield of a vehicle, the AGO said.
On Sept. 20, 2010, the AGO added, Chomoki used the tip of a sling shot to damage the right front passenger window of the same vehicle.
On May 4, 2010, the AGO said Roby disturbed the peace of his victim, and kicked the victim’s Nissan Frontier pick-up that caused a dent on the rear passenger door.
Other details of these cases were not available.
