Presiding Judge Robert Naraja originally sentenced Ngeskebei to six months imprisonment, all suspended.
The other charge of assault and battery was dismissed as part of the plea agreement.
Ngeskebei will pay a $100 fine, a $60 probation fee, a $25 court assessment fee, and restitution whose amount be determined by the Adult Probation Office.
Ngeskebei has to complete 100 hours of community work service.
Ngeskebei punched his neighbor, the prosecution said.
Assistant Attorney General Benjamin Petersburg prosecuted the case while Chief Public Defender Adam Hardwicke served as Ngeskebei’s counsel.
