28 students vote in NMC runoff

The polling place was opened at 9 a.m. but it was only at 12 noon when voters started to trickle in.

The special election for NMC’s third Young Congress seat was between Vicky Jean Castro and Aesha De-Brum Sablan.

Legislative Bureau Deputy Director Glenna SP. Reyes yesterday said the votes had already been counted, but they could not disclose who won because the results had not been certified by House Floor Leader Joseph N. Camacho, R-Saipan.

Reyes said they will make an announcement today.
