Sanderson Ilo Sebuu, 26, Naisleen Saimon Ada, 29, and Nancy R. Anson, 28, were held on charges of disturbing the peace.
Police filed an additional charge of obstructing justice against Anson.
Police said they received a call that there were neighbors quarreling at Upper Miha.
Responding officers warned the neighbors to stop shouting and to tone down their loud music, according to Detective Peter Aldan.
After several hours, the complainant told police that the neighbors, later identified as Sebuu, Ada, and Anson, had started fighting with each other again.
Judge Perry B. Inos required the defendants to post a $150 cash bail, representing 10 percent, and the remaining $1,350 as unsecured or appearance bond.
They were remanded to the custody of the Department of Corrections after their initial appearance and bail hearing yesterday.
