In a memorandum to Public School System employees, BOE Chairwoman Lucy Blanco-Maratita said the four are:
• Associate commissioner for instruction and curriculum Jackie Quitugua, who served as acting commissioner from June 5 to 8.
• Kagman Elementary School principal Ignacia Demapan, the PSS principals’ representative, June 9-15.
• Garapan Elementary School principal Yvonne Reyes, June 16-22.
• Kagman High School principal Alfred Ada, June 23-30.
Blanco-Maratita asked the PSS employees to extend their full support, assistance cooperation and respect to these four individuals as they assume additional responsibilities.
A new rotating schedule of principals who will serve as acting commissioner will be announced before the month ends.
The board will name a new commissioner on Aug. 1.
