The resignation of four of the employees took effect last week while two personnel officially ended their service with the agency yesterday.
The employees who resigned were homestead division director Jerome Aldan, DPL executive secretary Norma Borja, Vince Castro of administration, Gloria Ramon of the homestead division, Anthony Benavente and Ike Palacios of the compliance division.
Their resignation took effect last week.
Yesterday was the last day for two other employees — Alvin Joseph Cepeda of the planning division and Richard Santos from the claims division.
DPL Secretary John Del Rosario was not available to comment yesterday.
Although surprised by the resignations, DPL employees interviewed by this reporter declined to comment.
It was not known whether the resignations had anything to do with the Office of Public Auditor’s ongoing investigation of DPL.
