The filing of application for registration/certification starts on Oct. 31, 2011 and ends on Oct. 31 2012.
Macaraig encouraged those whose names have been delisted to re-register.
Under Republic Act 9189, or the Overseas Absentee Voting Act of 2003, all citizens of the Philippines abroad who are at least 18 years old on the day of the election and who are registered absentee voters may vote for senators and party-list representatives.
