IN “the spirit of the holiday season,” Gov. Arnold I. Palacios granted administrative leave to non-essential employees of the executive branch on Tuesday, Dec. 24, 2024, and Thursday, Dec. 26, 2024.
In a joint memorandum, the governor and Lt. Gov. David M. Apatang also thanked government employees for their commitment, service and contributions to the Commonwealth.
Palacios said he and Apatang, along with their families, “wish you all a joyous and festive holiday filled with peace and cherished moments. May the New Year bring you health, happiness and continued success.”
