The financial collections were from fines, restitution, probation fees and court fees.

Supreme Court Chief Justice Miguel S. Demapan earlier said that probation officers have their hands full in monitoring all those on probation on Saipan, Rota and Tinian.
Demapan said there are only 11 probation officers who, aside from their regular workload —which covers enforcement of court orders, investigation, assessments and status report submissions — also give courtesy assistance by monitoring those who are on probation from other jurisdictions.
