Chief Prosecutor Kevin A. Lunch charged 19-year old Erina E. Nitey of Garapan with one count of assault and battery, and one count of disturbing the peace.
Nitey assaulted Bernadet Padua Torres on June 8, 2008, the AGO stated.
Consolacion N. Cepeda was charged with one count of assault and battery and one count of disturbing the peace.
Cepeda hit Donald Norita on April 23, 2008, the AGO said.
Nitey and Cepeda were ordered to appear before the Superior Court on June 1 to answer the charges.
Melissa Untalan Sanchez of Tinian was charged with one count of assault and battery, and one count of disturbing the peace.
Sanchez hit 17-year-old minor on Jan. 26, 2009, the AGO said.
Sanchez was ordered to appear for a hearing at the Tinian courthouse on June 12.
